It was my Mum’s 70th Birthday and we really wanted a special gift, something memorable, something that we’d talk about for years to come. A caricature of our family was the answer! We decided to include obviously Mum, her kids and their kids, that’s it.
We drew the line there, that was 16 people so a huge challenge for our artist. Marilyn rose to the occasion magnificiently and created a masterpiece for our family. She captured the very essence and character of everyone in the piece. Absolutely rapt with your work Marilyn, thank you so much, both from me and my whole family!
For anyone who wants to impress with a gift, this is the way to go, my Mum is so touched with this gift.

I had my wife Jacqui’s 50th birthday coming up fast and was stuck with what I could give her that would be personal have a meaning and would last a lifetime. I had seen and was impressed with Marilyn’s Artwork and approached her to see if she could help me out on such short notice .
Marilyn was awesome, she gathered the information needed to make a unique caricature and had it ready for me to frame in time for Jaqui’s big day. Jacqui was chuffed and loves the detail that Marilyn created.

Marilyn created an amazing caricature for a retiring Colleague of ours, with over 35 years of service.
We presented the picture at a dinner held in his honour. He was so smitten with the picture it brought a tear to his eye and guaranteed the night was a success.
